2026’s Top 100 Women- Construction - Out Now Ever 2026’s Top 100 Women- Construction - Out Now

Every year we receive the most incredible nominations from women all over the world to make the Top 100, so this year we made it official. With the support of our major partners Builders Academy Australia we expanded our sights across the World.

What started out as an initiative to build the bridge between navigating those who had capability and seeing unrealised potential, soon became a recognised platform to allow individuals to learn, connect and advance their careers.

The biggest consistency about every woman on this years’ 2026 Top 100 in Construction was not just their impact within each respective category, but also their contribution to a sector that is dire need to evolution. And this inherent value, never diminished regardless of what stage they were at in their lives whether that was midway through a transition, a new career step, a shift, a pause, or motherhood. The parts women once hid from the public domain to be respected were now being embraced as part of their own journey and contribution towards becoming a better sector. Women were once rewarded for their silence, and now, we are seeing a real change into leaders who do not hide, but instead acknowledge their journey and speak in a way that our Grandmothers never could.

This is not a participation trophy. This is a list of incredible women doing incredible things who often seek to strategically fly under the radar to avoid recognition to be respected in their own right; Subsequently, seldom receiving the recognition they so well deserve!

This is our bid to recognise those women with our complete and utter respect for their accomplishments.

In conjunction with Builders Academy Australia we thank our judges and all of those who participated in this year’s 2026.

And as a woman who has led on the frontline for so long now, we would also like to acknowledge and thank Denita Wawn in her upcoming departure from Master Builders for her contribution to this sector. Leading can be an unrewarding gift that is often made easier for those who follow in your path.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR TOP 100!
