We have a strict governance procedure that is followed by our judges on the criteria of the following:
- Impact
- Leadership
- Persistence
- Overcoming obstacles/hardship
Who are the judging panel?
The judges are selected from our Board and key industry stakeholders
Finalists - How do I become one?
The finalists are selected and scored from the criteria noted above. All members of the Top 100 Women will be able to get their image prepared in a social media format to share this amongst your peers. Please contact us to get this prepared.
Winners - when are these announced?
The Top 100 is announced electronically via email in August 2026. All members of the Top 100 Women will be able to get their image prepared in a social media format to share this amongst your peers. Please contact us to get this prepared.
Do I need to be in a senior position to qualify?
No, the Top 100 is based on recognising women of all job types demonstrating the ability to overcome obstacles in all segments of the sector
Is this Global?
Every year we receive entries from all over the World. Whilst we have a large segment within Australia, we do welcome women from all over the World to partake in the Top 100.
