TOP 100 WOMEN as brought to you by Builders Academ TOP 100 WOMEN as brought to you by Builders Academy Australia
would like to offer its Congratulations to all candidates who have now been shortlisted in 2025’s Top 100 Women in Construction!

Whilst it was difficult to judge across all segments from executives, apprentices, administration, mgmt. & everything in between, the judging this year was based on the resilience, adaptability & contribution vs title! Instead, focussed on their ability to make impact, overcome adversity & set an example of the industry we want to see.
For that, we commend them!
It’s important to recognise women of all levels as traditionally women will come in at junior levels, then grow to senior ranks. Recognition of this kind most have never received, & it goes a long way to the core fundamentals of this initiative. This is our bid to acknowledge their work within an industry that is ever evolving & changing in adaptive times.

Stay Tuned for the Final Top 100 to come!
