I believe that the outreach and support of Top 100 Women will greatly benefit women in the construction sector, as I have seen first-hand the difference people can make when we come together as a group and do more! Personally, giving back and volunteering is very important to me, so I love the idea of starting work each day knowing that I am helping to make a difference in this community.
I am excited to be an ambassador to generate awareness and support women in the construction sector, while developing my own skills and experience. I really enjoy connecting with like-minded women and working in a team to achieve a common goal. As such, I look forward to becoming a valued contributor to Top 100 Women by inspiring, supporting, and mentoring women within our sector.
Throughout my career, I have gained a wealth of skills and experience. I started out in real estate, offering sales support to a small team. This led me into becoming a Senior Sales Consultant where I exceeded sales targets and achieved over 52 million dollars of sales within the first 7 months. From this, I expanded into marketing and project management, and while working in a leadership capacity, I assisted in teams to improve their performance and achieve greater results. Later joining CSR as a Business Development Manager, I was awarded CSR Valued Champion for completing a year with a contribution of + 54% and a volume of + 25% above set targets. This resulted in further progression as the State Sales Manager for CSR PGH Bricks, mentoring and coaching the NSW team which then lead to the position of National Product Manager of CSR Martini. I’m currently working as a Business Development Manager of Alchin Long Group – Doric Products. I have always been passionate about building and growing relationships, which I think has been the foundation to my career.
