The challenge, always learning, always trying to be better, being one step ahead, and supporting the best team in the construction industry.
Where do you see your life in the next 5 years, what possibilities are ahead of you?
Being a mentor and providing constant support, so I can be someone who is relied on and trusted. The possibilities are endless! I like to inspire and motivate, so I’ll leave that open for now.
If you could write a letter to a 13-year-old ‘you’ what would you say?
Don’t grow up too fast, enjoy life, and don’t get hung up on what’s in and what’s not. Make your mark and believe in yourself, don’t let anyone stand in your way of your goals, show compassion, and back yourself.
What are 3 skills you have had to develop to get to where you are presently?
- Customer Service: we are all customers and want to be treated the same. Listening, understanding and follow through with a “win-win” resolution.
- Time Management: setting priorities and planning my day.
- Life skills, being flexible, approachable, open door policy: doing the hard yards from the bottom up and learning from my mistakes, but most of all making the best of every situation/challenge.
