Who inspired you to get where you are today?
I have been blessed with so many resilient women in my lifetime. Being raised within a matriarchal culture, my amazing grandmothers, aunties and sisters have been influential in who I am today. Our future generation is the motivation that keeps me striving upwards.
What is your greatest accomplishment and why?
My greatest accomplishment would be my most recent attendance and participation at the United Nations Commission of the Status of Women in New York.
It has been the greatest because it has given me the most highest platform to understand our global mechanisms to creating opportunities and nurturing agents of change.
My experience as an indigenous woman in Australia, within an industry that is traditionally made led and of a culture that still suffers shades of oppression, it is important to me that I understand, value and utilise the tools that are available to lead from my heart and by the best example.
