When the #womensupportingwomen campaign took off online we were thrilled to be a part of something that promotes women in their authenticity for their own unique and raw talents… And powers!
Founded upon featuring just “100 women,” the Top 100 Women took off far quicker than we could have expected by demonstrating the success of people who were proud to be themselves.
Establishing a community of women that can be connected all around the world was imperative to the balance and harmony in the construction sector. And our members can not only reach out to like-minded individuals, but they can create and build their network – the number one obstacle to seeing more women within the sector.
