Starting the Top 100 Women has always been so much more than bringing balance and inclusiveness.
It’s been about changing an industry that has only known one way, and saying- we can be better than who we are today.
The industry I began in at 19, has long served me well and equally brought me to my knees. But building a worldwide business to connect women meant that we weren’t going to settle with how things had always been done, and that was for the better of encompassing everyone.
I’ve been proud to build a business that rang true to everything in my heart, as we paved the road to a better place than where construction has been to date. As such, I am very honoured to be listed in the Top 3 Finalists for Woman of the Year- Entrepreneurs.
Thank you to the Gold Coast Bulletin for today’s write up about the initiative we began and scaled.
It would be great to see our industry on the map, and receiving some positive limelight for all things great that we are capable of producing.
