What do you enjoy the most, working in the field of construction & development?
I love the dynamic, challenging nature of project delivery, and I am also extremely passionate about helping people build their careers in construction. Seeing others propel their career regardless of what stage they are at is hugely rewarding. Being a leader and a mentor in one of the largest people orientated industries is thrilling, it’s one of my key motivators.
Where do you see your life in the next 5 years, what possibilities are ahead of you?
Everyone has infinite possibilities and limitless potential. Therefore, anything is possible with the right thinking. Luckily, I’m a thinker. In five years I will be truly and deeply into being the highest and truest expression of myself, which involves a lot of personal growth and massive action. I will be living out my vision, my purpose and my passion, and above all continue serving others.
If you could write a letter to a 13-year-old ‘you’ what would you say?
“You are more powerful than you can even comprehend at the moment. You have so much yet to achieve, create, and propel into. You have so much strength and power within you to face anything. Never give up on yourself, never let anyone else have agency over you. I just need you to dream big for me, and hold onto them, because you’re going to make every single one of them come true. I promise you.”
