What do you enjoy the most, working in the field of construction & development?
The construction industry is transforming towards a new era of digitalisation and sustainability. As a researcher focuses on lean digital, advanced technologies and sustainability, the most enjoyable part is that my research is contributing and boosting innovative development in the construction industry. I love being able to know and work with people who are passionate and intelligent with the same goal to build for the future.
Where do you see your life in the next 5 years, what possibilities are ahead of you?
My desire is to strengthen my research capability by cooperating with top researchers in construction innovation while securing national grants to build a research team.
If you could write a letter to a 13-year-old ‘you’ what would you say?
I would tell my younger self that your future is splendid and with all the possibilities. You’ve already done the best you can and preserve your confidence, courage and ambition to attempt all the ‘impossibilities’.
What are 3 skills you have had to develop to get to where you are presently?
- Self-discipline
- Time management
- Resilience
